Hartbeespoort Rolling Buffet Menu
Our menu consists of 13 different dishes, 7 courses. The majority of the courses are prepared in full view on open fires in front of you, this guarantees off–the-grid-fresh seafood… as it ought to be and served one after the other as a rolling buffet. You may eat as much as you like! We eat for 2 to 3 hours.

With onions, lots of garlic & farm butter.
2. Mussels in Half Shell
Steamed with onions and white wine.
4. Seafood Pot
With 4 types of fish, calamari, mussels & cleaned prawn tails. Rice - For those who want to catch the sauce. Mixed salad - We seldom talk about salads. Vegetable dish - With milk & cheese (Even Karoo farmers tuck in)
