1. Chef's Dinner Menu
   Clinton Jacobs, Head Chef of Delaire Graff Restaurant will be launching a special menu to mark the re-opening of Delaire Graff Restaurant on the 1st of October 2025. Stay tuned for more as we look forward to our newly rennovated spaces.
   Floor-to-ceiling glass doors spill out to the sun-dappled terrace where afternoons are spent gazing out the Banghoek Valley. As the sun sets, the crackling fireplace, extensive art collection and world-class wines compliment the French-inspired cuisine ensuring a bespoke experience.
