      1. Crispy pork belly, honeyed parsnip, braised cabbage and roasted apple
      2. Roasted locally grown king oyster mushrooms, pan fried gnocchi, butternut, pea and caramelized onions
      3. Oven roasted trout, pea veloute, beetroot and crispy sago
      4. 250g Sirloin, béarnaise sauce, triple cooked chips, medley of roasted vegetables
      5. House burger with a slice of boland mature cheddar, spiced tomato jam, jalapeño, rocket and aioli served with triple cooked chips

      1. Apple and berry tartlet, homemade vanilla ice cream and brandy snap
      2. Dark chocolate and hazelnut royaltine, caramelized baby pears vanilla Chantilly and crispy tuile
