~Corkage Policy
Corkage is charged at R85 per 750ml bottle of wine or bubbly. Only 1 bottle will be allowed per 2 customers.
~Waiting Times
Good food takes time and all our dishes are made with the freshest ingredients. On average, expect up to 30 minutes waiting time on food.
~Allergies
If you have any allergies or dietary requirements, please inform your waiter before ordering any items, so we can make sure the dishes meet your specific needs.
~Menu alterations
Our dishes have been specifically designed by the chef to create the best flavour combination for your palate. As such, please try not to make alterations to the menu as they can slow the kitchen down, leading to delays for the other patrons. Please note that any changes may result in additional charges being applied. - NB! More House Rules & Info~Load Shedding
A simplified menu of selected dishes has been created specifically for load shedding events where only gas burners are operational in the kitchen. Food preparation is also slowed down and depending on the restaurant's occupancy, this may lead to longer waiting times. Please be patient!
~Food Complaints
If you are dissatisfied with your dish or feel your order has not been prepared to your specification, we will happily remake it for you. However, if you have consumed 25% or more of your meal, and no concern has been brought to the attention of your waiter or the manager, we will assume that you have enjoyed your meal and you will remain liable for the full cost of the dish.
~Gratuity
Please note that tables of 6 or more will have a 12% service fee automatically added to your bill.
~Menu Damage
If menu covers are damaged due to vandalism, you will be charged R350 on our bill to replace the cover.
