  We booked for dinner at 2Thai4 after a work colleague recommended the restaurant to us. The food was delicious and the waiter very friendly. The Green Curry is a definite winner!

  I've been wanting to try 2 Thai 4 for ages now, as I've missed their branch in Greenstone that closed down. However I was really let down by the food and the service. For mains I had the Hom Mok Talay, mainly for the hilarious error in it's description (rodent curry would have been a first ??). The seafood "mousse" curry came in an interesting tin foil display. While the curry flavour was really delicious, the seafood seemed like it was from one of those cheap frozen mixes, and the prawns weren't deveined. I was not impressed. My boyfriend ordered a crispy chicken dish (Gai Gob Pad Bai Kupow) which had an odd salty flavour, not the sweet and sour flavour as described. The veg in both dishes also seemed like they were from a pack of mixed frozen veg.I honestly don't think I'll be back.
