  I phoned for a table at 6.15 and was pleased when she said I could have a table at 6:45. She reserved the table I wanted and carefully took down all my details. On arrival my table was not available or any other that was halfway decent.
  When I complained to the manager, he said, how can I expect to get a decent table with 30 min notice.
  I asked why she then booked that table for me. He said it was very busy and she couldn't be expected to know what was taken and what wasn't.
