  I visited Fat Harrys this past Friday for their amazing burger special and enjoyed my meal so much that I cam back again the very next day. The burgers at Fat Harrys are sublime! In a short span of 2 days I tried the Fat Harry Burger (Amazing) the Jalapeno and Cream Cheese (perfection) and the Camembert, caramelized onion and Bacon, which included a mushroom (my new favourite).   They have to have the biggest portions I have ever seen of everything. So it’s a great venue for the hungry. Potato skins were served like Nachos. Crispy and covered with bacon, cheese and guacamole. We shared one starter portion. Next the fall off the bone ribs. Wow, what a sauce. We had to share a portion again. The ice cream and choc sauce was also huge. One portion again. So one starter, one main, one dessert and we are both totally full.

  Fat Harry’s in Kenilworth was recently refurbished and it’s now even better than it was. Gorgeous exposed brickwork inside, comfortable bench seats, long tables in the middle for large groups making it more festive and welcoming than ever. The music was absolutely great and the service exceptional. The potato skins were the best we’ve had in years and the ribs were finger licking good. Portions were absolutely enormous and we ended up sharing a starter and a main course. Sadly I turned down the awesome Brownies because I couldn’t fit them in but managed to squeeze in a perfect cappuccino. Will definitely be back for the Burger Special soon.
