  Massive, massive disappointment is an understatement! AVOID THIS PLACE!
  We waited over 20 minutes just to get attended by a waiter, and this was only after we had called out for service. We ordered wine by glass and were shocked to have HALF a glass on wine slammed down on the table in front of us - at a charge of R90 per (half) glass!!!!! Then, to add insult to injury, we waited OVER an hour for our food to arrive and when it did, it was cold and inedible. We asked to see the manager twice and he never arrived. I eventually went in search of him to complain and he became angry, said we did not have to pay and snatched everything off our table. It was the most unpleasant experience I have EVER had in any restaurant anywhere in the world. It's expensive, dirty, the service is shocking and the food is sub-standard. We ended up having to get a take-away burger from Steers where the staff were friendly, efficient, and the burgers were good. Not what we had in mind for an evening out....Read more

  After a spot of Christmas shopping at the very busy Waterfront, we decided to treat ourselves to sushi and wine at Harbour House. Our service was terrific and our food was divine. The only downfall is that they were sadly out of tempura flour so I couldn't order any of their tempura sushi - which sounded so good! I guess I'll just have to come back again to try it.
