  So we headed to MCC on the 16th of July 2017 over the Bastille weekend with the hopes of impressing our Durban family that were visiting. We sat down in the cold Franschoek region awaiting what we thought was going to be an amazing meal....well we thought wrong. Four out of the five meals were extremely disappointing. My husband ordered a lamb curry which cost R115, well it was placed in front of him and looked like a bowl of soup with about three small pieces of meat. My meal was chicken schnitzel which was extremely bland and the so called mushroom sauce was so watery it seeped into my chicken schnitzel making the crumbs soggy, and to top it off my chips tasted like there were cooked in five day old oil. My aunt ordered the MCC pasta which has no sauce and was so bland that not even the salt could help add any flavour.
