  The whole extended family went there last night. A variety of meals were ordered and everyone enjoyed their delicious dish. It was packed full and despite being so busy, the staff paid intricate attention to make sure everyone was happy. If you are allergic, they will make sure they assist you and do it with eagerness. What a lovely time and what an amazing restaurant. I highly recommend this wonderful highly renowned eating venue.   I've visited Magica Roma over 100 times and never had a bad meal but let me tell you about last night's visit. Simply put, the food was PERFECT. Porcine risotto starter followed by the ribeye on a bed of spinach with a side of fettuccine a la olio. Probably in my top 5 of all time meals.   Magica Roma is by far the best Italian restaurant you will find in Cape Town. The chefs are super friendly. Only downside is alot of stuck up and racist whites go there which is a complete let down to how far we as South Africa has come it would be good for business if they moved out of pinelands quite a few friends and colleagues of mine felt the same way about the atmosphere. ...Read more

  Hi...I would just like to thank Magica Roma for undoubtedly the best restaurant experience I have ever had! My wife and I really enjoyed it and took in all Magica Roma had to offer. I struggle to find a restaurant that beats my wife's cooking but you guys certainly hit the mark. I would like to add the exceptional service we recieved by our waitress Claudia! Really made us feel right at home not to mention her recommendation of the best bottle of red wine in the house. A nervous recommendation understandably but a huge sigh of relief from her to discover that it was a hit lol!   You couldn't ask for a better neighbourhood eatery! This is a truly classic space, clean and well run. The owners are always on the floor and provide a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.
  
  The wine list is great. A large selection of italian varietals, complimented by a solid listing local wines.
