  Although this cannot be rated as a five star restaurant, one has to consider value for money more than anything else. Mimmos is a franchise restaurant, similar to Panarottis or Spur. Hence, one does not expect exquisite Italian decor or lead crystal glasses.
  The prices are however very reasonable and their weekday special is unreal value for money. Our bill for two people including drinks was well under R200! We got our pizzas in reasonable time and they were very good (nice thin bases). It compares well with anything I have had in Italy, and probably better than most. It is no wonder, as the owner himself is in fact Italian.
  They are in the process of sorting out their liquor licence, so no alcohol, but the waiter informed us that we can bring our own alcohol next time and there would be no corkage charge.
  The waiter was perfect. He did not harass us, but at the same time ensured that drinks were re-filled before we had to start looking for him to do so. Great service and great pizza....Read more
