  This is one of my ultimate breakfast or lunch spots... Especially after a run or walk along the promenade! Their menu makes it really difficult to choose what to order, and everything I've had so far has been delicious! I usually go for the salmon and cream cheese wrap, or one of their salads as their greens are always so fresh. Coffee is of course a must, and although I normally have a latte, it always hits the spot.

  This buzzy place for healthy meals especially breakfasts, is a firm favorite. Love the paw-paw pickup after a promenade walk. Great ambience, good value. Always busy. Recommended.
