  We had lunch at Nuy on the Hill on Sunday 04.02.18. The reservation was done through the Dining out website. Upon our arrival the hostess showed us to a 4-seater table and argued with me that the booking was made for 4 only. I have an e-mail confirmation that it was made for 5 - the manager fortunately saved the day. A simple apology from the hostess would have been great. I called on Sunday morning to move our reservation to 12:00 and spoke to the same hostess - I spoke to her in Afrikaans and despite that she continued in English. She also continued in English when we arrived and it was clear that the booking was made incorrectly. I understand that you receive people from all over, but Afrikaans is the predominant language of the region. The waitresses were extremely slow and lethargic, not checking on us whilst we were having lunch. Upon leaving the restaurant the same hostess did not bid us farewell.
