  SO disappointed!!!! After being loyal customers (at least every week) we had our first bad experience. On Sunday, lunch time, I ordered the mussels and my father ordered the new "Neil's Snoek pizza". I was violently ill later that afternoon, and so was my father. Seafood poisoning is NO joke and we were very surprised as this has never happened before. We phoned Walter, one of the managers and a partner (and who knows us) to let him know that there could be a possible contamination with the seafood that day. He told us the snoek and mussels are done on opposite sides of the kitchen, but he would investigate and phone us back. He never did. We then went to the restaurant this evening to find out the outcome. Walter was not there and the manager on duty (Ralph) was not sympathetic and didn't really care. We told him we would complain further and he just said "that's great, have a nice day". That is NOT how you treat your loyal customers.
