  We had a lovely evening, the service was excellent and the food was good, I ordered a sirloin medium to rare and got just a medium well piece of meat, I would advise the cook, I won't call him a chef cause a chef would know how to check upon the cooking times for the different meat variant; well done, medium well, medium, medium rare, rare & blue. I hope you will improve and go the extra mile. I'm now living in PA and I will definitely come back ordering a sirloin steak.
