  Superb restaurant. Waitrons ALWAYS attentive, responsive and obviously well trained. Food (fillet steaks, prawns, etc.) excellent and well presented. This restaurant, unlike many others throughout S.A., is CONSISTENT, i.e. the food/service is ALWAYS of a high quality (after twenty or more visits since opening).   My wife and I just wanted a quick dinner and walked up to the Hussar.
  We were very happy with our meal - not only was it delicious, well prepared and great quality, but, it was quickly served which is what we wanted.
  Our waitress Kaylen was fantastic. In fact the training and interest of all the staff in what they do was noticeable. We noticed great attention to detail in cleaning the tables (underneath too). The manageress also took great interest in our satisfaction.
