  The National is a trendy little hipster spot in Parkhurst that has quite a funky friendly vibe. We popped by for lunch late yesterday afternoon and everything ran a bit slowly.
  
  We ordered the Mojitos which were awesomely refreshing but a bit in the sweet side.
  
  My friend ordered the National Cobb Salad which was quite a small portion for what you're paying, but the ingredients seemed fresh and tasty.
  
  I decided to try one of their hot dogs. Now I would never usually order a hot dog for R90, but I thought this place is trendy enough to give me something unusual and delicious. Unfortunately I was wrong, and the high price was quite ridiculous and unjustified.
  
  I ordered the Asian Hot Dog, and while the sausage was absolutely delicious and the chips were thin and tasty, I found everything else quite meh. The brioche bun was terribly dry and I ended up leaving most of it behind. The non-existent kimchi was my biggest disappointment as I was looking forward to that the most. ...Read more
