Andy and Lee Wang opened Andy’s Sushi Bar in 2013 in the bustling tourist hub, a mere stone throw away from the ocean, Sea Point Main Road, with an aim to provide affordable authentic Chinese, Japanese and Thai cuisine, which are all made to order.
The interior of Andys is very cosy with intimate Chinese themed décor. There are lanterns, red place mats and white table cloths throughout with ample outside seating available in the outdoor seating area for those wanting to take in the beautiful Cape Town weather and dine alfresco.
Favourite dishes include, for starters spring rolls, mumy beans, miso soup ad tom yum soup. Feeling really hungry? Try their Hot Rock, Rainbow reloaded, spicy maki roll and any noodles or rice dish, they are perfection! To end off your meal try their fortune cookies for something sweet and a little peak into your future.
