The decor at the De Kelder restaurant are thoroughly indigenous as everything was locally designed and manufactured. Top wine estates display their wines in stylish back-lit cabinets with various pictures of the wine estates in the back ground. Every restaurant boasts a stylish bar as well as a big screen for watching sport events.
The food is a celebration of the Cape’s cosmopolitan influences. An extensive a la carte menu caters for everyone’s needs as well as the set menus for large groups (i.e. office functions). The Deep-Fried Camembert starter is crusted with sesame and poppy seeds, giving a new twist to this popular dish.
