Nina's Real Food was opened by us, the Smith Family, in Jeffreys Bay in 2010. Our successful take-away in East London was established in 1989. We relocated to Jeffreys Bay as we are passionate about the town, the lifestyle and the people and obviously the surf!

Nina's is named after our first born daughter who died very young. We have since been blessed with three beautiful surfer girls who are all hands on in the family business when not competing or just surfing! Our partner and manageress Maggie, leads up our fantastic staff. We are in the Spar Centre in Da Gana Road. Our vision for Nina's was an experience not just a meal. We are aware of the recession and want an excellent experience for everyone who eats at Nina's.
We have a very wide menu choice, covering breakfasts, light meals, pensioners, kiddies menu, gourmet salads, great pizzas & pastas, excellent grills, seafood and Thai. Our Indian curries are also world class. We also offer delicious cakes, gelati ice cream and Italian coffee. Our Chef recommendations page is continuously updated and is a culinary delight at reasonable prices. We love to experiment with various ingredients and please the customer.

Top sellers at the moment include our stunning lamb shanks, duck a la orange (and contreau), linefish and seafood sauce, creamy calamari and prawns, grilled tuna with sesame seeds and soya sauce, pork belly with cranberry, clove & pineapple reduction and ostrich steaks done in delightful ways.
We keep up with all the food trends - banting options and low carb options are available. We also offer gluten free bread, wraps and bases. Great vegetarian meals and sugar free cakes are also served at Nina's. Join us for our Monday night curry buffet which is very popular. We only use free range eggs in all our cooking and baking as well as free range meat where possible and local and organic produce where we can. Our marinades are all homemade and without preservatives.

We are a relaxed family restaurant (with a kiddies playroom) but everyone fees welcome and comfortable at Nina's, our surf / beach orientated restaurant with great music, vibe and service.
