Stella’s is the beautifully renovated Blue Route Mall eatery that was previously Tribakery.  Located on the Ground Floor close to Woolworths and Clicks it now has a stunning Mediterranean theme.  The interior walls show off gorgeous landscapes showing the Mediterranean Islands, the azure sea, houses with whitewashed walls and glorious bougainvillea's.  It’s an incredibly restful ambiance with all the blue shades and the clean, streamlined interior as well as a new gorgeous take-away serving area for those that need their cappuccino and freshly baked croissant (be it plain, almond or chocolate)on the run.
The menu still includes most of the favourites with a few little tweaks and some delightful new additions with a Mediterranean flavour.  The delicious Breakfast options remain and are still available all day with the addition of the Breakfast Burger and the ever popular pancakes which are served in pairs.  There are mouth-watering additions to the Gourmet Sandwiches and Wraps and the Open Sandwiches are brand new.  You will find a Roasted Mediterranean Vegetable Salad on the menu and under the Home-Made Comfort Meals section you will spot Souvlaki (Greek Kebabs) which can be prepared with either pork or chicken.  Grilled Halloumi also features in the same section which is a fabulous Vegetarian option hugely enjoyed by non vegetarians too.  The incredibly popular Chicken & Leek Pie, Beef Lasagne and the Soup of the Day options are definitely still available and the Sunday Roast can now be ordered with a pudding and coffee, if preferred.
Apart from the huge selection of freshly baked pastries, muffins, scones and the cakes which are superb and too many to mention, there are some new desserts on the Stella’s menu.  Baklava or Greek Milk Tart are now available as well as Ice-cream with homemade chocolate sauce and an old favourite Banana Boat.  The hands-on Greek family headed up by Stella herself still run this eatery with the same warmth, charm and enthusiasm as previously and you can certainly expect the same Greek hospitality in a much nicer setting.  Yia sas (farewell) for now!  See you at Stella’s soon. 

Stella's Restaurant & Blue Route Mall - Precautionary measures in place to promote safety for customers

In order to make this popular shopping centre more inviting to customers The Blue Route Mall has appointed additional cleaning teams to sanitize communal areas throughout the day. Handrails, bars, elevators and seating areas are being wiped down with disinfectants on an ongoing rotational basis. Bathrooms are fully equipped with cleaning materials and supervised to ensure areas are safe for use.

Stella’s Restaurant is serious about keeping seating areas disinfected throughout the day. Front of house staff will be focused on cleaning each table and seating area after use each time. Soap dispensers are installed in food preparation areas and high standards of hygiene are being maintained. The tables have been placed as far apart as possible. The outside seating area offers additional space between tables so this is a great place to sit for extra protection.
