The brand is designed to be the ideal spot for any occasion with a seven day a week breakfast, lunch and dinner trade. The fusion inspired menu is complemented by expertly crafted cocktails, an acclaimed wine list and genuine, warm hospitality.
The décor is very modern and sophisticated, perfect for a date or business luncheon. There are some booths as well as free standing tables to choose from, with beautiful wall and light décor to add to the European chic look. The most outstanding part of it is definitely the wall to wall glass windows that make for spectacular views of the city, and makes you feel like you truly are in the sky.
The menu at Summit Grill and Skybar is quite tasty with options such, for starters, the gourmet oysters which include medium oysters topped with smoked salmon, rocket, wasabi mayo and ginger. The mains include some delectable options too such as Burgers, Pastas and delicious platters.
