1. The Carnivore Experience Set Menu

   Enter the unique Carnivore restaurant over a teak walkway surrounded by water features and a moat, into the entrance hall known as the "Hall of Kings" with a bamboo walls and African art works. 
   
   This theme is carried into the restaurant where a circular fire is the central attraction with 52 converted Masaai tribal spears holding a variety of meat such as pork, beef, chicken, ribs and sausages and including game meats such as crocodile, zebra, giraffe, impala etc, gently roasting and waiting for you to begin your feast!
   
   Carvers carve the different types of meat onto your plate. You may eat as much as you like. When you have had enough, you "surrender" by lowering the flag on your table! All items are delivered to your table, starting with homemade soup with bread, pap and sauce, a Lazy Susan with sauces and salads, meats followed by dessert, tea and coffee.

      1. Herbivore Menu
         Aviyal - Spicy mixed vegetables cooked in a coconut sauce, served with rice.
         Maafe - A central African vegetable and fruit curry with morogo (wild spinach) and peanuts.
         Vegetable Lasagne - Assorted chopped vegetables served between layers of spinach pasta, smothered in cheese.
         Kumbi Bhaji - Mushrooms and peas cooked in a spicy yoghurt and cream sauce, served with rice.
      2. Piscavore Menu
         Hake - 200g Grilled fish served with lemon butter and seasonal vegetables and your choice of rice, chips or baked potato.
