- Please Note:Please note that all our pasta dishes are made on order, and thus available without meat or fish by request. Everything is made for your utmost pleasure. Gluten free pasta available.
Yes, our food might take longer than others, that’s expected when nothing is precooked. Bar the Napoli sauce which must be cooked for 4 hours at least (as tradition dictates) from homemade pasta to sauces everything is done as per order. You will never find us with buckets of sauces or pre-boiled pasta soaked in oil. We only use our own made fresh pasta made by our amazing girls in full view in the larder. So is our World winning Cheese, made by our amazing ladies and men in full view at Puglia Cheese.
Please note that we will apply a 10% service charge on parties of 8 or over. During Summer period we cannot accommodate parties of 12 or over inside previously authorized in person by the manager.
