Today it is owned and managed by members of the Edwards family, who have experience serving steaks the Cattle Baron way, having had success running the former Cattle Baron Van Riebeeckshof for more than 10 years. They endeavour to provide the quality in food and service that is synonymous with the Cattle Baron brand and hope to build upon its already outstanding reputation.
The restaurant is air-conditioned, fully licensed and offers a seating capacity for 120 inside the restaurant plus 20 on the patio, a full a la carte menu, 24 hour secure parking, facilities for disabled persons and is open 7 days a week for dinner and 6 days a week for lunch (closed Sat lunch). Reservations are essential.
